Please consider using a CRS3xx instead of CRS2xx as your design goal of 
'discrete' VLANs will bypass hardware offload in a CRS2xx and affect 
performance.

The CRS212 seems to get uncomfortably hot when loaded with SFPs. Definitely
use it in an indoor air-conditioned setting if you're going that route.
