Flowroute is a pre-paid service. You can drop it in and test it to see if
it really is latency.

troubles has always been bad.
Down for most of a week now...

Once they get it fixed then we can discuss better pricing or we will probably 
be moving.
Or perhaps they don’t care and it wont get fixed.

own C blocks of IP.  Sip provider says my asterisk office system is not working 
because of high latency.  40mS.  Cogent.  Xmission in Salt Lake City.  They 
have always been a pain to work with anyhow.  

 

We have a ubiquity phone on the way to try out.  But I like asterisk and aastra 
phones.

 

Any suggestions?  Ready to port if the price is right...

What provider are you using? Do they have a local POP? Unless there is a
lot of jitter, latency shouldn't be an issue.
