What Expense category do you tie your health insurance reimbursement back to?
I assume no taxes are deducted from that ?

For health insurance we currently provide a $200 a month reimbursement for
thier own plan. I hope to someday provide 100% complete premium coverage for
even family plans. (I think this might be a huge way to get top notch
employees)

We do a simple 401k match plan up to 3%

All employees get free internet and home phone of course if they live in the
coverage area.

Ones that give us a few years get free cell phones for them and their wife.

I lost count how many paid holidays I do. I think its like 9.

Depending on previous job after a year they get 2 weeks paid vacation and it
grows year after year.

Hope that helps.

OK,

Our WISP, Florida Broadband, has reached the point where we need to start
addressing employee needs for the long term. I have some good “guys” and don’t
want to lose them because of not taking good care of them. Most of them are
relatively
young and health insurance hasn’t been needed, but its still nice to have if I
can find any way to afford it. Plus there are many other considerations
rattling around in my cranial vault.

So, my points of concern are:

Health Insurance – what creative options can be used?, what % of coverage is
employee contributed?, what levels of coverage are typically offered?
401Ks – same type questions, is at a % contribution that the company would
match?, other create elements ?
Life Insurance – I understand some tower companies (we are not one) – purchase
a small life insurance policy for the employer as a benefit
(one employee who climbs occasionally) used to work for a tower company that
had a $ 50K policy for each person
Other benefits or perks – I feel this can be a big one – interested to see what
creative things can be done in this area.

Thanks in advance for sharing what you have found successful

Gain is never an exact number as it always varies over the covered
frequency range and polarization, but from what I understand Ubiquiti
overstates their gain by 2-3 db over the 'industry standard' measurements.
Similar to how they say the AF24 can go up to 10miles, which is effectively
bs, the max 99.99% availability reliable range is 3-4 miles almost anywhere
on earth that a substantial number of those radios coild be installed.

Gain is not quite as high as you are asking for, but L-Com goes up to a
900mm dish. I can't quite tell if UBNT over states their gain, L-Com
understates their gain, or if there is another fundamental difference, but
the L-Com 900mm dish is only rated at 25 dBi.

I have not used it, but I've been happy with their 400mm unit.

Yeah, I thought it would, but ours didn't. I also thought the connector would
come with the cable and not thw eNB, based on stuff I had heard earlier, so I
think maybe that's how they were originally doing things and they just switched
