Really all I care about is Wifi, free Breakfast (buffet preferable) and parking. Is there another big event going on that week? A couple other hotels downtown looked to be full that week already.

We have a block of rooms there and we understand the remodel or changeover will be complete in January. You shouldn't have a problem booking a room now, we can check on that. We are not aware of any major events happening in town that week.
