Yeah, I just need float service.  So old fashioned flooded cell telco batts 
will last 20 years if kept in a climate controlled environment and not cycled.

them 50 cents /watt-hour.

Then they will last for 2X cycles of SLA batteries. That makes them ~~ 25 cents
