Rent a maxi sneaker or similar trencher with a rotary compaction boring
attachment would be the easiest way.
Is the patio right up against the house on one side? That does make it a
little harder, may need to cut a small hole on that side.

I don’t know specifics, but its on a regular truck and makes a repeating loud 
knocking noise which is really annoying.

 

It’s connected to the truck with an air hose I think, and they sort of load up 
the long length of schedule conduit in the hole and push it through along with

They appear to be using those pumping/rocket type system to install the conduit 
under long runs of concrete driveways.

Absolutely can be bored.  

If good digging, go get a 20’ lenth of 1” pipe, hook a garden hose to it and 
start poking it under.  When it comes up on the far end, hook the new line to 
it and pull it backwards.  Flex works better.  

Or find a fiber company that has a missile and shoot that under.

Or find a HDD company have them drill it.
