My rack mount GIGE - Power Inserter continues to grow in sales volume. I am
grateful for all of you that use the product.
I had to do some sleuthing to figure out a change that cured an anomaly for
some people. Here is a brief chronology of the product.

Rev A had SMT jacks and a diode bridge steering circuit. 4-8-2015

Rev B had SMT Jacks, discrete diode steering, improved POE noise clamping
circuit and less signal loading. 4-28-2016

Rev C was cosmetic changes that eliminated the need for some post
production work. 4-25-2017

Rev D has through hole jacks with improved performance, improved return
loss, improved NEXT parameters, improved BS Termination 7-22-2017
(I had to apologize to my production people for making them go back to a two
step soldering process, but the improvement was worth it).

And then there is a Rev E coming soon with incremental improvement to return
loss and NEXT and PS-NEXT. (not yet released)

Two customers have found that the Rev A may cause flapping on some equipment
but Rev B eliminates the flapping.

I will be happy to replace any Rev A boards where the customer is experiencing
CRC errors or flapping.
