Rolling hitch or pipe hitch.  Great for lifting conduit and other round 
objects.

I used to use a bunch of different knots when I climbed a lot. Now I use
lift loops as they take zero skill and untrained monkeys can use them
safely. They are just a load rated loop and you wrap them around anything
from a rope to a pipe without slipping.
