Seems like a perfect niche to me.
Should fill the gap between rocket / epmp PTP and licensed quite nicely and
for a lot less $$$ than ptp3/5/600.

Depending how real-time Mimosa's SA is, Orthogon PTP400 had a kind of those 10 
years before...
