The spectrum licensees charge a lease fee - usually per path, but I'm sure other arrangements can be made. The 602s are all filed with the FCC. so it seems, at least here in El Paso. my friend just installed an AF24 backhaul to same bank rooftop as vivint and is getting 750 ish each way. Going to use Ubiquiti Rockets out to clients and offer similar plan to this upscale neighborhood which Vivint is targeting. He is waiting on a fiber feed from Transtelco which is still a month away. He has noticed their gear on peoples rooftop with a CPE pointed back to AP on bank building and another antenna with AP used to cover neighborhood. His question is how are these licensed?
