I am more of an MT bumbler, but I seem to remember when I've had trouble with 
that sort of thing in the past, I did a search and the fix had something to do 
with turning on a proxy ARP setting at the remote end.  Might be a different 
problem than what you're having.

one of the routers didnt have routes to it after adding it now it works.
