Port-Au-Prince. The Orphanage we stayed at, and the church we taught at both

Anyone do anything in Haiti?  I have been asked to work on a project down there 
and have no idea if WISPs are even legal to operate.  I guess I need to do some 
googling to see if the state owns the telco.

I designed a small 8 site PTP / PTMP setup down there. Also have an uncle who'a
