Agency Announcement entitled SyNAPSE. The program is led by Dr. Todd

Thanks. This sounds, if only philosophically, like it's aiming for the sort 
of radically new next-stage-on-from-Turing technology that I've been looking 
for. I wonder whether it's anything like morphological computing - I posted 
a link to the conference a while ago, that elicited zero interest. Any 
further info. here much appreciated.
