I vote as follows. [I don't usually vote right away, both because I
want to see what others think and to appear non-partisan in my
official duties. Still, these are all pretty clear.]

AGAINST. This proposal is seriously flawed and ambiguous, as outlined
here [1]. I'm also a tad annoyed I didn't get a response, but the
author is a new player, and deserves some leeway.

FOR. Perfectly sensible reform to make it so that people don't get
punished for thing they didn't do.
