I change my vote on 8483 to {If Gaelan cast a valid vote before I cast this
vote that was substantially equivalent to the above except for not having a
parenthetical, then denounce Gaelan.  Otherwise, FOR.}

I Grumble Loudly at omd.

I change my vote on 8483 to {If this proposal would be ADOPTED if this vote
(and any other conditional votes that, if not for this parenthetical, would
directly or indirectly depend on my vote in such a way that causes my vote to
become inextricable) resolved to AGAINST, then FOR. Otherwise, AGAINST.}

(This is identical in overall intent to my previous vote. However, it handles
other conditionals more robustly; the previous wording just decided not to
bother with anything other than ENDORSE, which meant that votes like omd's
could cause my vote to malfunction.)

Notice of Honour:
-1 omd for making me do this properly
+1 Jason for dealing with our BS

I change my vote on proposal 8483 to that same same conditional ({If

I pay a fee of 47 Legislative Credits to Dragon QuickExchange to recieve
one Pendant.

I believe Dragon QuickExchange currently owns:

* Two Victory Points
* Two Blot-B-Gones
* Five Pendants
* One Extra Vote

I intend without objection to ratify the following document describing
ownership of credits backed by Dragon QuickExchange (I hope that counts
as a "scope"):

{
Ownership of Credits backed by Dragon QuickExchange is as follows:

Victory Credits: Falsifian owns 88.
Justice Credits: Falsifian owns 88.
Legislative Credits: Falsifian owns 129; R. Lee owns 88.
Voting Credits: Falsifian owns 44.
