I... don't think we've ever considered that a player's day of registration
is their Birthday without waiting a year before. I suppose that's a
feature, not a bug?

up a contract?


I'm interested in whether what Gaelan and I are trying to do can be 
done. Can you cast a vote that causes me to vote AGAINST with the 
proposal still passing? I think it's impossible with the contract, but 
I'm not sure.
