These are based on Jason's.
I propose each of the following two amendments (delimited by {...}) to
the Obstructive Pooling contract, and consent to both.

After the paragraph beginning "The Accountant is the recordkeepor", add
the following paragraph:
In eir reports, the Accountant SHOULD include the unencumbered
point total, defined as (T + C - O) / 10, where O is the number of
Decipoints owned by entities other than the Trustee, and T and C
are the total decipoint values of Victory Products owned by the
Trustee and this contract respectively.

For the avoidance of doubt I meant the proposal named nicer definitions. If this didn't work I award myself a red ribbon and orange glitter for the unanimous adoption of that proposal which changed power 3 rules.
