I become a candidate.

I'll write up something longer later, but the basis of my platform is that rule 
violations are a question to be determined by platonic evaluation of the rules 
(as guided by CFJs, etc), and the Referee's role is strictly subservient to 
that. I intend to express this both through how I use the powers of the Referee 
and by writing proposals to reform the referee rules. Examples of things I'm 
concerned about are Summary Judgement and the Referee's ability to unilaterally 
declare finger-points shenanigans.
