Judgement of CFJ 3556:

Since CFJ 3555 found that CuddleBeam was not Laureled at the time e tried
to get appointed Speaker, any attempts to do so trivially failed -
there's no POSSIBLE mechanism that Quazie as the Prime Minister could
have used - so e has no Platinum Ribbon.

There's a side point worth addressing for the future. CuddleBeam tried
several versions of "acting-on-behalf" lanugage. E.g.:

- I have Quazie appoint me the title of Speaker via that Agency's Powers.
- I appoint myself Speaker and have Quazie Support it via that Agency's
Powers, as an action on behalf of Quazie.
- I appoint myself Speaker via that Agency's Powers on behalf of Quazie.

In general, the grammar of acting-on-behalf is difficult to figure out
perfectly, and I'm not sure what the perfect way is: "I cause Quazie
to act" versus "I act on behalf of Quazie" versus "I have Quazie appoint
me" etc.

So any method that makes it reasonably clear who the Agent is, who the
Principal is, and what the action is, should generally be clear enough
to work, without getting hung up on exact form. So any of the above
should work. (I won't address whether the "once for each" loop works or
whether the Agency has to be specified, I'll leave that for future
judges where it's actually relevant to the case result).

The only one that would fail IMO is this one:

- I perform an action such which via use of that Agency, would grant me
the title of Speaker.

because it doesn't clearly specify the action to the "by announcement"
standard in R478 (i.e. "appoint" or a synonym), it only specifies the
desired result.

I judge FALSE on CFJ 3556.

I judge CFJ 3556 as follows:

INSUFFICIENT. In addition to limited caller's arguments, judging this
correctly required a judgement of CFJ 3555 from Judge grok.

If grok delivers a judgement of 3555 within the reconsideration window,
I'll file a motion to reconsider this one.
