Denied, and denied. You don't get Ribbons just for performing the
trigger action, you also have to explicitly award yourself the Ribbon
(or else someone else needs to do it for you). Or to put it another
way, Ribbons are only actually gained if someone points out the fact
that they need to be gained (within a week).

If you earned a Ribbon within the preceding 7 days, you can just go and
award it to yourself now. (Or if you did the award and I missed it, you
can point out where it happened, and I'll admit the CoE.) I did the
award to Gaelan myself; however, that was *after* the report, so it
obviously doesn't show in it.
