It is certainly true that at no point did Quazie do any of these things in response to nichdel’s claim of error against the ADoP’s report, and it is certainly true that more than the seven days allowed for “a timely fashion” have elapsed since nichdel’s claim of error. However, the mistake is minor and was quickly caught, and in any case, the error was not Quazie’s direct fault. The erroneous report was published through an agency Quazie specifically established to allow others to cover for em during eir planned absence. The erroneous report was published, in fact, by my own action through that agency. As no office changed hands as a result of the error and in light of Quazie’s clear and honest attempt to mitigate the impact of eir absence, I find that the violation is minor and inconsequential.
