While the rules say the Referee is the "recordkeepor" for pledges, it doesn't say that it's part of a Report. R2143 says that if something is "part of a report" without saying each one, it's part of the weekly report. The same is true for Blots (R2555). No report defined. It's a "report" unless it is intentionally inaccurate, or grossly negligent. In fact, more than that, it is a report unless it is "equivalent in severity to lying in the report or not publishing it". Judge, I would hesitate in here applying this standard, although it appears to be rather inaccurate. Point taken though. I transfer o. 15 shinies.
