This makes valuation pretty easy - e gained the equivalent of 2.5 BBGs for breaking the rule. I impose the maximum CHoJ by levying a fine of 4 blots (2*base). This results in 4-2.5 a 1.5 blot penalty when taking into account the profits of the crime, so is actually light (0.5 lighter than the default penalty). This is a trifle unfortunate as the crime was committed knowingly for profit, but not unfortunate enough to go for an indictment at this time.
