"pre-Emergency-extension length"? Otherwise it can't further increase a voting period that was already increased for lack of quorum. Though that may have been intentional. If the Prime Minister has not Extended the Emergency in the past month, any player CAN cause this rule to repeal all Emergency Regulations and then itself. I was gonna suggest clarifying that extended deadlines stay extended, etc., but (a) kinda pointless when the rule is repealing itself too, and (b) probably already covered by Definition and Continuity of Entities.
