By "general" I mean something like (might need wordsmithing), "If a
player's Agoran Birthday ends with nobody granting coins for it during

a Belated Birthday."
Should I also include a rewording of the whole "anniversary" thing? I
was going to, but it ended up being very verbose, and not really fixing
anything.
