I think the usual unambiguous way to write this is "If a player has at
least 20 more Winsomes than each other player".

Take a look at the LOAFers contract in the notary report. It has a 
pretty good list of suggestions. I'm not against this being online 
somewhere, but it becomes one more thing that has to be kept updated by 
somebody. Signalling officers is also not a thing that's always been a 
style preference, it's more recent. In earlier times officers were 
expected to track things down, usually by keyword.

Hi Agorans,

I still have some trouble figuring out which officers should be
mentioned in which messages. I suggest the website to include an Agoran
cheatsheet with, among others, that information (e.g., “When transfering
assets: @Treasuror”, etc).

Is that something of interest? Would it be much work?
