I now fully understand conditionals. If Germany attempts to move eir fleet to Swe, then I would like to build a fleet in Stp/sc. Otherwise, build an army in War. (If only one build is available, this is the order I would prefer) For my other build, build a fleet in Sev unless it is occupied, otherwise build an army in Mos. -- ATMunn friendly neighborhood notary and Czar of Russia :)
