I hereby initiate an equity case regarding the PerlNomic Partnership
contract. The parties to the contract are Pavitra, Wooble, abliss,

It was not envisioned that the server on which the nomic underlying
the partnership is hosted would stop working shortly after I
transferred a large number of chits to the partnership. Since I was
under no obligation to transfer these chits to the partnership, the
other partners couldn't reasonably expect to have access to them, so I
believe it would be equitable to have the PNP transfer the chits back
 to me.

I'm kind of hoping that PerlNomic will be back up reasonably soon, but
if you want your chits back, I'm fine with that too. (i.e., I agree
that your proposed resolution is equitable.)
