It would be trivial for a rule like this to be a dictatorship scam (or,
indeed, anything else); even if we guess your intentions, guessing the
exact text of the document is basically impossible, and even if we
succeed, we don't gain anything.

As such, enacting it is almost certainly going to be a bad idea.

I do likewise for Paranomic XP, nothing's happened in it since

AAA, the only contest for which I was the Contestmaster for at least
16 days in February.

I deputise for the Scorekeepor to award myself 15 + 15i points.

I'll leave the question of whether completing the empty set of duties
counts under R2234 to another deputy or the courts.

Fails; the AAA wasn't a contest.

Damn, I suppose the recordkeepors of rules-defined assets no longer
CAN generally create them (except by self-ratification, of course).

CFJ 2403 establishes that Taral had (and, for that matter, still has)
the ability to award points to you, and since the only mechanism that
ability could exist is if the obligation still exists, that obligation
exists and can be deputised for.

I believe 15 players were players of AAA in February, but it's possible I'm off.
