For the record, I _believe_ this attempt to pay Agora was ineffective, for
reasons already discussed. If it wasn’t, we should figure out a way to have
transactions such as this, where multiple effects are involved, either to be
completed or to fail completely.

You need to use AP or Shinies to submit the CFJ.

Gratuitous arguments: It has previously been found that actions could be spread
across multiple messages. However, I am unsure of whether the first payment
would have been effective because e was doing with the expressed intent of
causing something to occur that could not have occurred. If the first one,

complications, I also request that the judge also give a recommendation as to

I assume you got the PLP from the current ruleset. This morning a new
economic proposal passed, and it changed the way the price is calculated.
Right now the price is 10 shinies (1/20th of something called the 'Floating
Value'). The online ruleset lags behind rule changes a bit, which can be
confusing for big changes.

I'm not sure if this attempt cost you 5 shinies, but in any case: I
transfer 5 shinies to babelian.

The most reasonable interpretation of that “for” is the colloquial sense, which

Given that nothing we do here has any value and no real money is ever
exchanged I feel like a nickel's worth of shinies is not a statement that
can be made, the two things are not equivalent. Alternatively a nickel's
worth may be a non-transferable decimal quantity...
