The issue is that the notice didn't specify them. Besides, are those truly the ONLY options? Isn't there an option to endorse another player? Contracts (Vote Market in particular) appear to have added additional options. Bayes keeps generating random proposals to submit until it's found one that it will vote for. Therefore, it will only ever vote against its own proposal if an Assessor message is sent in between the proposal's submission and distribution that pushes the spam filter over the edge. -- hopefully minor evil
