Also, special deputisation doesn't make you the officer. Only normal
deputisation does. And only for elected offices.

So your interpretation of the word 'may' is that it means nothing at
all? How does permission or possibility become certainty in this line of
reasoning?

When this is assigned, could the Arbitor please assign the "cardable
offence" CFJ. I think there are other assignable ones but this is never
getting judged and has been deemed assignable.
