Which is great, as something left to the officer's discretion or perhaps
included with a SHOULD? For example, for new players it might be more
useful for it to be a descriptive list, like in the tailor's report, where
you write something like:
- Coins are the base currency of Agora, gained by various participation
methods (see rules XXX, YYY).
- Legislative cards can be collected to turn into pendants. Pendants are
used to make a proposal distributable to the voters (rule ZZZ).
- Etc.
You wouldn't mandate this list because you want the officer to have the
flexibility to change it as the rules change. Maybe make it as simple as
"the Treasuror SHOULD include a brief summary of game play associated with
the assets e tracks" or something?
