if you want to use more than one language for voice input, use GBoard.
1. open language and input from system settings.
2. go to google voice typing, go into languages, select all the
languages that you want to use for voice input.
3. set GBoard as your default keyboard.
4. go to GBoard settings, select all of those languages which you have
selected in the voice settings.
5. settings is done.
6. now open any edit box.
7. you can find the next language button right next to space bar, on
the left hand side. double tap on it, set the keyboard to the language
which you want to dictate.
8. locate the voice input button, start dictating.
