You can reproduce it like this: Create 3 OOo documents or open 3 ones so you have 3 tasks in your windows taskbar and maximize all 3 documents. Open 1 by clicking on it in the taskbar. All okay. Then click on the second. All okay, too. But when you click on the third window while the mouse button is down, the first OOo window is active (mouse down), but then when you leave the mouse button (mouse up), then the 3rd window will be active. I think only the 3rd window should be active? If you play around a little bit with switching between OOo windows in the taskbar you can see this effect more often. I guess this could be useful for all applications, but it's when I use Calc when I really miss it: When creating buttons and stuff with MS Excel, I find at least one object that I wish were available in OOo. Since my native language is not English I might hav some trouble to describe it, but I will do my very best: It's two buttons put together, one of them above the other. The upper button has a black triangle pointing upwards (the string 5 with the Webdings font) and the lower button has the same black triangle upside down (6 with the Webdings font). This pair of buttons can be configured to increase/decrease the value of a cell without involving a macro. You just link it to a cell, then telling it what will happen when clicking the buttons. I don't remember exactly what options there are and I don't have MS Excel installed anymore. At least I think you could enter a step value, that is how much to increase/decrease the cell value each time one of the buttons is pressed. Of course I can do this without this feature, but there is so much more work to do to make it work as decided... But if you save the document in sxw-format and open it in OO.o 1.1 the document jumps to the cursor position. I like this behaviour, but nevertheless the feature request of the original poster is not fulfilled - even in OO.o 2. It should be an option whether to save the cursor position or not! In this case it correctly also saves the file's password-protection. - click Save As another filename or format. In this case the Save As dialogue box correctly has the Save with password box ticked. - click Save, then clicking No when I am asked to confirm that I want it saved in the current format rather than the new *.ods format. In this case the Save As dialogue box _does_not_ have the Save with password box ticked. In this last case, many users would not notice that the save with password box was unticked. The save with password box should always default to the existing setting. I have found this problem on spreadsheeet, text, and drawing files. Note: Bug 36015, marked as resolved/works-for-me, is closely related to this, but I don't think the issue was proplerly explained or understood there. - Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker. The result can be illegible, depending on the system color settings. See attached screenshot. The correct behavior is to use the system background color -- as indeed is used for empty fields, column headers, and so forth. Steps to reproduce: 1. Choose a system color scheme that does not use white backgrounds, such as the eMaCs GTK2 theme. The problem will not be evident if your system uses white backgrounds normally. 2. File-New-Database, create a database. 3. Create a table in design view. 4. Enter some data into the table. - Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker. In the end of the second column is SUM() of this column. Around the table there is a border (I tried to remove a border - it doesn't make difference). I start page overview [icon with page and magnifier over it]. Sometimes OO crashes just after starting to show the page, sometimes after some pressing of Zoom in and Zoom out, sometimes when I close overview and then open it again. If I remove SUM, Calc doesn't crash. There is some text around, anther table, but no other functions are used in the file. I tried removing everything, but the table with the function, and Calc still crashed. There were enough PC resources - CPU usage under 30 %, free RAM and virtual memory. No sign of excessive resource consumption. Crash was fast and clear. Immediatly after crash document restore dialog showed - no not-saved files were not restored (there was only one open). After dialog confirmation, OO.o was quickly restarted with no document opened. - Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker. If there's a limit to how much a line of code can be split up using _, it should be mentioned. There are likely to be many occassions where a line needs to be broken up into numerous parts. The attached file is the start of one module that originally had a line split into 69 parts. I then type some words and invoke the spell check. The pop up window appears and it tells me that it's checking in English (UK)...
