The problem rises when I do the "Outline numbering" (Tools > Outline Numbering). I use the level structure numbering (eg: 1, 1.1, 1.1.1 and so on). The numbering of the chapters, the titles and the subtitles is ok, but if I reopen he master document and refresh the links, the numbering changes and it isn't the same that i saved before. The setting I used in the Outline Numbering window are the following: Numbering tab: Levels used: 1-10; Paragraph style: my own paragraph style, for each level; Number: 1,2,3; Character style: my own character style (with the settings equal to them present in the corresponding paragraph style), for each level; Show sublevels: setting for consider all the levels. Following the directions in the on-line help under "Printing Address labels," steps 7-9 results in every other record, rather than every record being printed. Once one figures that out (from reading the online forums), then there is no easy way to eliminate the extra "Next Record" code. If one tries View->Field Names, one cannot see the spot in the label where the extra "Next Record" code is. Problem statement: If a PowerPoint file that contains a table is opened in Impress, it shows the text in wrong position. This is seen in two different ways: 1. The left margin and top margin are reduced to ZERO. 2. When we click inside a cell to edit the text, the text jumps to a new location.
