This bug is not fixed, on my System (Gentoo) I can reproduce the behaviour.
Office crash (calls Document Recovery)

I mount a smb share with:
1. mount //Windows/home /mnt/Windows/ -t cifs -o
domain=,credentials=/etc/autofs/smbfs_user,uid=,gid=,rw,file_mode=0664,dir_mode=0775

Replace the <...> with your values.

2. chdir to /mnt/Windows/...

open an office from shell like:
3. /path/to/office/soffice odf-file

You will got the Document Recovery.

Close the office, chdir to '/'
unmount the /mnt/Windows

mount the path again with additional options: ',nobrl' (without quotes) maybe
you need ',noserverino' also.
go back to point 2.
Now the document should open.

After adding a bunch of records, I shut down and came back to it the next day.
However, when I try to add more records it tells me that there is a duplicate
value in the ID field which is supposed to be set to "autovalue" and unique. I
can repeat the problem by making a new database and entering some data, closing
it and re-opening it, and trying to enter more data.

Going back to Advisor's issue of 23.45 becoming 48:00.00, Guraknugen is correct
in saying that Calc get's it right, but the explanation is not quite correct
(although it looks correct at first - 18 hours is 3/4 of one day and 45 minutes
is 3/4 of one hour - an easy to do pattern matching mistake).

Using a MM:SS.00 format this is correct. 0.45 of 1 day (24 hours) is 10.8 hours
or 10 hours 48 minutes, or 48:00.00 as formatted.

If you enter 23.45 into a field formatted as HH:MM:SS.00 you get 562:48:00.00.
This is also correct.

You seem to think this is not a problem. I disagree! So, basically I can't: run
a query, select the sub-set of data I need, and copy it into a document? WHY
NOT?! Why shouldn't select and copy work as they do in the rest of the office

I was trying to use the "export" command under the file menu. Your suggested
method may work, but it is far from an obvious solution! Besides, if you have an

I create an query with a "Sum" function like:
  
  CASEWHEN( "ID" > 2, "Zahl", 0 )
This works properly, but if i change something inside like
  CASEWHEN( "ID" > 3, "Zahl", 0 )

I get this error:

  SQL Status: 37000
  Error code: -67

  Not in aggregate function or group by clause: 
  org.hsqldb.express...@85e019 in statement [SELECT SUM( "Zahl" )
  AS "Summe", CASEWHEN( "ID" > 2, "Zahl", 0 ) AS "ChangeMe" FROM 
  "Table1"]

To get it work again, i have to change the Function to e.g. "count", run the
query again and after that set the function back to "Sum"

Only a save or save and close of the query does not solve the problem. But after
reopen the query you can see, that the "Sum" Function is lost. Not only the
"Sum" Function is affected.

-Open attached database
-Edit query "Query1"
-Change  "CASEWHEN( "ID" > 2, "Zahl", 0 )" to   
 "CASEWHEN( "ID" > 3, "Zahl", 0 )"
-Run the query
=> ERROR
-Change Function to "count"
-Run the query
-Change Function to "Sum"
-Run the query
=> NO ERROR
=> It is the same Error, if i start with the "count" Funktion

I checked with OOO320m7 and OOO3.1.1 and both the same

When one import an image via scanner (Canon Pixma MP990) the application freezes
(The scanner interface and Writer - same occurs in Impress). The preview is
working correctly, but the click on 'Scan' is blocking oOo and the scanner.
Workaround : Ctrl-Alt-Del !

The version of Writer is 3.1.1 Fr. The OS is Win7. The drivers of the scanner
are the latest offered by Canon.

In other applications, this doesn't happen.

I can confirm it, on linux (i386). (Not checked on other system)
Go back to step 4., and forward to final step, change query name, the button is
active, but can not save query. Wizard hangs, you can close with Cancel button.
Same with OOo 3.1.1. 
If you follow the query wizard and use query name suggested by wizard, query
created.

I see a "Impress MS PowerPoint 2007 XML AutoPlay" filter in OOo 3.1.1. Still
.ppsx files cannot be opened automatically, the "Filter Selection" dialog always
appear.

Now, if you select "Microsoft PowerPoint 2007 XML" in the dialog (that is, when
you eventually manage to find the right entry, because it shows tens of filters
in random order) then the document is displayed correctly. So would it not be
possible to just reuse the .pptx filter for .ppsx as well?

The really weird thing, and my true problem, is that I couldn't find any way to
have OOo open a .ppsx filter programmatically using loadComponentFromURL, not
even setting the above "Microsoft PowerPoint 2007 XML" as "FilterName" in the
MediaDescriptor.

In 10.6.1 or 10.6.2, Apple changed major parts of the Apple Remote code. See
also http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?threadID=2228819&tstart=1

This leads to the Apple Remote doing nothing in Impress, it simply doesn't work
anymore. In 10.5 or 10.6.0, the Remote works as expected. IMHO, developers are
required to change parts of their code to make it work again. A work-around for
the end-user is to use Candelair (works fine for me).

I suggest looking into the required code changes to make 3.2 or 3.2.1 work again
with Apple Remote on 10.6.x.

To clarify, this bug is an RFE to have these numbers formatted as follows:
"ab" formatted as "ab:00"
"abc" formatted as "0a:bc"
"abcd" formatted as "ab:cd"

This is assuming the "hh:mm" format, and of course as guraknugen pointed out it
should be fit to what ever format is configured.

Your comment mentions that data is not only appearing in the wrong format, it is
being interpreted incorrectly by OOo. I would say that, as you describe it, that
is a dataloss issue and in fact makes this RFE a severe bug. Can a dev elaborate
on whether to change the Issue Type to Bug and raise the Priority as this is a
dataloss issue?

When connecting through MS Jet to a database (e.g. through OLE DB) supporting
user-level security (e.g. MS Access 97/2003 MDB format), the setting for which
workgroup to use is left blank, but one is given the opportunity to give a
username / password. Username/password is meaningless without the workgroup
definition file. The workgroup definition file setting is "hidden" in the
advanced options, as a string setting (one does not get a filechooser to set 
it).

This also keeps "File/Open" of a .mdb file to just work in the situation where
the workgroup file is not the default "system" one.

IMHO, the best resolution would be:
Automagically set the workgroup setting to the same value that MS Access uses
(when it is installed on the machine, obviously). E.g. Query the MS Access
setting from the MS Windows registry and use that.

Failing that, promote that setting to the same tab as the username/password, and
have a "browse" button that opens a filechooser for that setting.
