Some of my exams are for a basic-level certification, some are for advanced-only and some are for a combined course. If I select a different page style from the stylist, I can still only edit the footer. If I try editing an existing document, I can edit the body as expected. But, no matter how many new documents I try to open, I can only edit the footer. I haven't tested this with page styles that contain headers.
