I don't know if you are aware but the digits in the button do not look like
proper digits in Hebrew. Hebrew digits use the same symbols as English ones and
the mirrored images do not make sense in Hebrew and will not convery the idea of
a numbered list to someone who sees the image by itself.

In my opinion, it's pretty stright forward to think that the image can be built
just the same as the left-to-right one with the digits on the right.

I attach a PNG file of a proposed button icon - I just flipped the digit images
in the PNG file so they look like digits again.

Hi lars,

As stated in the issue - I use version 2.0, and I specifically state that the
button's icon contains the digits 1 and 2.
I installed it using the Debian Linux packages.

Also see the attachments to this issue - they show the buttons.

Thanks.

So where does this put the issue? Can you use the icon I proposed?

When putting the Writer in a Right-to-Left mode, the button labeled Numbering
On/Off shows that it's a mirror of the normal icon.

I.e. the normal Left-to-Right button contains images of the digits 1 and 2
and in the Right-to-Left button you can see that it is simply a mirror image of
the normal one, which makes the image look wierd and doesn't convey the purpose
of this button (IMHO).

I'll try to attach two small png files which show a screen-shot of the buttons -
right-to-left.png shows the broken button and left-to-right shows the
right button as shown in left-to-right mode.

This particular MS Word document shows extreme failure of OO to import the
document. Some images appear on top of text and I couldn't move them enough
to be able to read all the text.

Document is writen in Hebrew.

I can try to find the exact version of MS Word and Windows of author if
required.

Operating system is Ubuntu 04.2005 on x86 (AMD Athlon).

Exact OO version is 1.9.79.2 from the Ubunutu packages.

Will upload the document in a sec.
