Steps to reproduce:

1 open new document
2 type: dei
3 save document
4 check: Tools > Autocorrect > Replace:
In the list: dei -> die
5 check: Tools > Autocorrect > Options > [m] [x] Use replacement table
6 Format > Autoformat > Apply

Nothing happens.

I could reproduce the behaviour on Linux with 2.3 as well.

I suggest as a better postion for "menu: format > autocorrect > apply" the menu
"extras" and a new name for the command.
Further I suggest to rename "extras > autocorrect" into "extras > autocorrect
manager"

My complete suggestion:

Extras
 ...
 Autocorrect Manager
 Autocorrect Whole Document
 ...
