Commands still work only in English with the latest version (3.2.1). Once I
switch to Russian (Russian-PC if that matters), Command+B and others stop
working.

I agree, with OO300_m2 there was no such problem for me. However, once I
upgrade to BEB300m3 Build 9328 (I've redownloaded the distributive today) the
crash is 100% reproducible again.
After a short testing I've noticed that the application crashes with
Control+key only when I'm switched to Russian keyboard layout (Russian-PC).
With US layout it works fine (at least it does not crash).

I've attached a test presentation that I'm unable to save.
Steps to reproduce the issue are as follows:
1. Start the impress
2. Open the attached file
3. Change something (I add a character anywhere at the third slide)
4. Save using menu File - Save

every time I get the same mentioned error.

The same applies to Writer and Calc applications. Seems to be the common issue.

Steps to reproduce:
Open MS Word document with comments (for exemple, the attached one).
Writer crashes while opening the document.

To create the document:
Open MS Word (I use 2003),
type something,
go to menu Insert - Comment, then type something in the inserted comment,
save the document.

I'm working on a PPT presentation with Impress of OO Aqua 3.0 Beta 2.
Once I have upgraded it to the newest version (3.0.0,
OOo_3.0.0beta2_20080707_MacOSXIntel_AQUA_install_en-US distributive), I am
unable to save the document as a PPT. It does not matter if the file with such
name already exists or not, I get an error Error saving the document
BA_UI_my_3: Write error. The file could not be written.
I am still able to save the same document as ODP (native format). I was also
able to save it as PPT in a previous version
(OOo_3.0.0beta_20080429_MacOSXIntel_AQUA_install_wJRE_en-US distributive), and
I am able again after rolling update back.

I am running Open Office Aqua 3.0 Beta 2 and have troubles using some
Command+key equivalents.
When I switch input language to Russian, Command+B (bold font), Command+I
(italic) and Command+U (underlined) stop working. When I switch to English -
they start working again.
However, Command+X (cut), Command+C (copy) and Command+V (paste) do not depend
on the input language.
I have English as a main system language, but use Russian format settings and
Russian input language in addition to English.
