I open it again in Windows (OO 2.2 each time) and shut down windows without shutting down OO. When I want to open the file again in Linux, the file is empty. 0bytes thx, OO team, for wasting time I could have spent better! I think, this is an error, you MUST fix!!! It is unacceptable, especially since OO is a leading project for the opensource movement. I REALLY think about changing back to word and co. now after this occurence. And NO, I am not going to try to reproduce this error, wasted already too much time on OO. The folder was not writeable for some stupid reason. strange enough, it still could empty the file.
