If I refer a user to
http://www.openoffice.org/issues/enter_bug.cgi?component=eosubcomponent=spellcheck
this works (and preselects the targetted component and subcomponent as intended)
if the user is already logged in. If they are not logged in and use the Log In
link at the top right of the page, then after successfully logging in, they are
navigated to an incorrect URL:
http://www.openoffice.org/issues/enter_bug.cgi?component=eo%26subcomponent=spellcheck

Obviously the redirect URL passed to the login script has been either encoded
too much or not unencoded before redirecting.

The goal is to get a place (in IssueTracker) to collectively debug and improve a
new spell-checking dictionary for Esperanto that aims at being put forward as a
new dictionary for that language in OOo. Since the discussion will be taking
place particularly in Esperanto, I don't think it would be suitable to use the
existing lingucomponent component's IssueTracker space for this, since that one
is already being used for an English discussion and aimed at rather general
issues related to spell-checking, not a particular dictionary.

Since the development of the dictionary is part of a scholarship subsidized
university project, it would be of much help to me if a solution for this issue
could be carried out soon. Thank you.
