Since the discussion will be taking place particularly in Esperanto, I don't think it would be suitable to use the existing lingucomponent component's IssueTracker space for this, since that one is already being used for an English discussion and aimed at rather general issues related to spell-checking, not a particular dictionary. Since the development of the dictionary is part of a scholarship subsidized university project, it would be of much help to me if a solution for this issue could be carried out soon.
