Happens continually - must export PDF to retain formats and appearance before closing, and must redo the document on reopening in Writer if any changes need to be made. This is a big problem, and renders the text editor essentially unusable as a professional platform. This happens for inserted spreadsheet tables and PNG images in headers (possibly other objects as well). This is a big problem - since OO doesn't support stationery (logo images in templates, rather than in the created documents) professional letters in Writer require high-quality, stable images for letterheads.
