This seems to happen after it has been open for a day.  Closing the program and
reopening seems to restore the ability to change tabs in Format to numbers for
awhile. Changing the profile has no effect.

Openoffice is refusing to launch. No message, no errors, no nothing. OO has had
problems for about two weeks upon launch. There have been no changes to my
system in months.  I tried all the programs in the Openoffice directory. None
launch. All I get is the wait symbol for 10-15 seconds then nothing. I have Ver
3.1.1. I am going to try reinstalling.  OS: Vista Home Premium.  Rebooted 3
times. No change.
