I cannot figure out how to make the Header/Footer Turabian compliant. While this
may not seem like an important issue - it is VERY important for academic users.
MS word somehow has this feature set up by default. But, I cannot figure out how
to get the proper formatting to work in OO 3.2

Turabian formating for footnotes would be nice. The default format should be a
super-script numeral, not a normal numeral. THis would greatly enhance the
usability for those of us in the academic world who MUST conform to Turabian.
