I tried to paste the page http://computer.howstuffworks.com/mouse.htm/printable
into OpenOffice for a report by selecting from the Main Computer
Peripherals links to the How Gyroscopes Work link at the bottom then using
Ctrl + C then Ctrl + V to paste it into OpenOffice. I did the same thing into
Word 2003 and it worked fine, but OpenOffice stopped after three pages and
wasn't showing pictures. There was a big space of the first page also. When I
saved in Word and opened in OpenOffice it wasn't right either. The only app
that did it right was word. I will attach both files. Thanks. Love the Suite.

I will attach a picture showing the problem with scrolling the font names. In
MS Word I can select a chunk of text and then use the scroll wheel on the font
names area to quickly cycle through the different fonts to find one that looks
good. In OO this doesn't work. Keep up the great work though.

When giving shadows to text, only text that is black has a grey shadow. Any
other color and the shadow turns black.

When clicking the Font Color button (The one with the letter A and a green
arrow above a colored line) there should be a custom color picker in the window
that pop's up so users can pick custom colors besides the swatches available.

It would be nice if users had the option of selecting the color of effects like
shadow and emboss. For example, making the shadow a little lighter to add a more
subtle effect.

After selecting a group of text, I clicked in the font name area that said
Times New Roman and scrolled with my mouse wheel. The different font names
came up but the selected text didn't change to the font that was selected.

I selected some text then right clicked on it and selected Character. In this
menu I went to the tab named Position and clicked the radio button named 90
degrees under Rotation and Scaling. The preview on the bottom of the window
didn't update.
