[xml-issues] [Issue 44257] Save metadata in html/xhtm l files using Dublin Core

I kept it for now, we might still change this later. Saxon 2.0 can provide the indent using an identity transform with output='xml' indent='yes'. The DTD is useful for older style validation. Only really useful if a web version of the DTD is quoted? Then a catalog system can resolve locally. Please don't remove namespaces when they are needed by the schema. - Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker. [sw-issues] [Issue 80667] open a valid ODF XML file. Feature request
To comment on the following update, log in, then open the issue: http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=80667 Issue #|80667 Summary|open a valid ODF XML file. Feature request Component|Word processor Version|1.0.0 Platform|All URL| OS/Version|All Status|UNCONFIRMED Status whiteboard| Keywords| Resolution| Issue type|DEFECT Priority|P3 Subcomponent|open-import Assigned to|mru Reported by|dpawson --- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Tue Aug 14 07:48:19 + 2007 --- It is currently not possible to 'file/open' an XML file valid to the ODF schema. It can be done by an identity transform of such a file. Please could this be added to open office. Rationale. When a user creates an XML file (from some other XML format) it would be nice to be able to open it directly in open office. Thanks. This would require all attributes to be quoted. This is currently not the case FONT SIZE=2 DIV DIR=LTR Here font/@size is not quoted, div/@dir is. - Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker. [sw-issues] [Issue 53578] New - Ability to selective ly remove existing styles
To comment on the following update, log in, then open the issue: http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=53578 Issue #:|53578 Summary:|Ability to selectively remove existing styles Component:|Word processor Version:|OOo 2.0 Platform:|All URL:| OS/Version:|All Status:|UNCONFIRMED Status whiteboard:| Keywords:| Resolution:| Issue type:|ENHANCEMENT Priority:|P2 Subcomponent:|formatting Assigned to:|mru Reported by:|dpawson --- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sun Aug 21 04:35:10 -0700 2005 --- In order to provide non XML users with a styled editing environment, I want to reduce the presented style list available to such users to reduce the work of re-styling existing scanned documents. The contents.xml file is then available with a finite set of attributes which may be processed into other XML vocabularies using XSLT. In our case, we use that output to produce braille and large print for blind and partially sighted users (www.rnib.org.uk). Currently users are able to add styles, but unable to remove existing styles. The request is to enable to selective removal of styles in a working environment or configure the available styles through an XML interface. I'm told this has been requested previously (CPHennessy), but was unable to find such submissions. regards DaveP www.dpawson.co.uk - Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
