We use OpenOffice as server to convert doc files to pdf.
220 times it works fine, then the pdf comes out unreadable - Symbol font is used
(instead of Arial). In log file the message
Failed to open config file
'/opt/openoffice.org/basis3.0/share/fingerprint/fpdb.conf'
is printed. But the file exists and file rights are fine.
After a restart of OpenOffice conversion works fine again (for the next 220...).
OS: Solaris (x86) but happens also under Linux, Windows
Version: we use latest version but error happens also with OOo 2.0 version
