As to your gentle suggestion, I am not clear what you mean by adding an attribute, assuming I need to do it to the field 'Intestazione Indice Analitico' in the Italian version, the translation is not obvious. p.s. I extended the platform, I tried it at home on my mac and problem remained. - Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker. Though my problem has nothing to do with inserting notes in footnotes or whatever. I try to put it as squarely as possible: I inserted some notes in the NORMAL TEXT of the document and chose to show the content of the notes at the end of the document; the other possibility was to have that content at the bottom of the same page of the references - unfortunately I did not find the possibility of keeping it at the end of the chapter, what would have been very nice. The notes show correctly at the end of the document as requested; BUT they start at the very top of their first page and I found no way to add text before; what I would need to add a title. greetings, Fabrizio Bartolomucci - Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker. In the former case the system automatically inserted an Indice Analitico (the version is Italian) header, that does not appear in the Main Index by itself as it should be the case not can I copy the style from another header to enable the feature. As for the notes the situation is even worse as the system inserts just the notes without any header and seems not to give me access to the first line of the first page where I could insert an header (Notes) myself. How do I fix this two issues? Thanks, Fabrizio - Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker. Actually I manually entered the numbers in the pages for each page type as I was puzzled by the many list that appear in Format.paragraph.numbering, the first of which gave those weird numbers until I now removed. Is there a way to number the whole document automatically? - Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker. Than I would strongly appreciate if you sent me the direct web address to the forum you quote so that I can bookmark it directly and ask my future issues there possibly returning to you if it boils down to a possible bug. Anyway I could correct the former problem following your instructions. As for the latter I am referring to the effects of command in 'insert' just under Footer: in Italian 'note a fine pagina / di chiusura' perhaps 'closing and footnote notes' in english... More exactly, whatever language I set stays there, yet when I set Italian, be it italian or swiss, it returns to Russian to obviously set again all the words as wrong. When I open a new document no such problem arises. The software is localized in Italian and Italian is also the default language for the document. Over Windows XP the document got correctly handled. The two insallations have the same version. Greetings, Fabrizio Bartolomucci - Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
